Training and the licence in Pennsylvania
Where you train: any school on FMCSA's national registry, in Pennsylvania or elsewhere. Since February 2022 a first Class A or Class B licence, an upgrade from B to A, and a first passenger, school bus or hazmat endorsement all require training from a registered provider.
